Armored thermocouple precautions:

1. The installation height of the briquetting must be the same, usually 150~200mm above the level;

2. The welding of the briquette requires three-side spot welding. The thermocouple insertion port should not be spot welded. The side spot welding should be careful not to stop the stop screw to weld.

3, the pipe wall temperature should be installed symmetrically up and down;

4, armored thermocouple must be inserted in place, stop the screw tightly in place;

5, armored thermocouple leads to the proposed use of small box;

6, armored thermocouple fixed stainless steel wire must be used to replace;

7, armored thermocouple and furnace wall interface must be bandaged, and then threaded into the homemade protective tube leads;

8, in order to prevent the settlement of the boiler, it is recommended to use a transition junction box, and then use the compensation lead to connect to the front device;

9. The bridge or protection tube of the furnace wall and front device should not be closed type. To prevent the high heat flow from directly entering the front device and damaging the components inside (Tianjin Power Construction did not pay attention, resulting in the front device. damage);

10, the position of the front device can not be too far, otherwise the length of the thermocouple is not enough;
