Bearing steel ball manufacturing process

The steel ball of the bearing is produced by a special steel ball mill; the following processes are mainly adopted:
1. Embryo: Various spherical blanks are produced by various methods.
2. Grinding: Put the spherical blank into the grinding disc which is matched with the blank scale and has the same concentric ring with the same dimension as the triangular grinding groove; participate in oil, coarse abrasive, upper grinding disc transformation, lower grinding disc The above grinding machine is called a coarse grinding machine. According to the needs; rough grinding can have multiple ways.
3. Clearing: After each rough grinding, the oil and coarse abrasive adhering to the surface of the ball should be washed.
4. Fine grinding: Put the rough-grinding blank into the fine grinding machine, participate in low-viscosity oil and fine abrasive; grind to the standard scale;
5. Polishing: The process is similar to coarse grinding and fine grinding.
Then through heat treatment; some have shot peening; some are not. The final process is to polish; usually used is the combination of honing and polishing liquid; thus; the bearing steel ball is manufactured.
