Second, the maintenance process

2, should begin to cover the maintenance after the initial setting, the covering can be wheat straw, rotten grass mat, bamboo curtain, sack piece, fabric and other water-absorbing materials. During the coating, the coverings should be intact and overlapped with each other. Do not leave gaps between the coverings, otherwise the quality of the ground will be reduced, resulting in partial failure of the concrete floor.
3. After the final setting, watering the covering (after 12 hours), you can set a watering schedule, and regularly sprinkle the ground. The watering tool can use water pipes, buckets and other tools to ensure the wetness of the concrete.
Third, maintenance attention
1. The cement floor is at any curing time. If the temperature of the curing water poured onto the cement floor is lower than the temperature of the cement floor, the temperature difference between the two should not exceed 15 °C;
2. During the maintenance of cement floor, attention should be paid to the use of thermal insulation measures to prevent the cement floor from undergoing drastic changes due to environmental factors such as exposure to sunlight and sudden temperature drop;
3. The temperature between the core and surface layer of the concrete and the surface layer and the environment during curing should not exceed 20 °C. Before the construction of mass concrete, strict maintenance plan should be formulated to control the internal and external temperature difference of concrete to meet the design requirements.
Fourth, curing time
The most important aspect of the cement floor is the first 7 days of maintenance. During these 7 days, we must ensure that the ground is seamlessly moisturized. The average ground maintenance time is two to three weeks. If the temperature is high, it will be maintained for a few days, but it should not be less than two weeks. If the weather is cold, it is necessary to extend the maintenance time appropriately. It should be more than three weeks.
