It is understood that on December 13, 2007, Zhang Shijun, a 28-year-old foreigner who came to Beijing in the modern city of SOHO, Dawang Road, Chaoyang District, took the reason of helping others to handle electronic tickets, and took no charge after booking with the airline, and used The false bills were handed over to the purchaser and defrauded Ms. Zhang of 1840 yuan. His behavior had violated the criminal law and constituted the crime of fraud and should be punished.
