(1) Driving stability of the pump truck

The pump truck is in a driving state, which is similar to a hydraulic truck crane. It only has more things on the pump truck. The weight of the truck is heavy and the position of the center of gravity may be high. Therefore, it is more unfavorable to maintain driving stability, so it should be driven carefully. .

(2) Stability of cloth working condition:

When the pump is clothed, it is necessary to hit the leg. It is not allowed to spread the arm without hitting the leg. Therefore, the stable area of ​​the cloth work is the rectangle drawn by the line connecting the centers of the legs. Since the pump truck has no counterweight, the tilting torque is large, and there is no torque limiter protection, the working stability must be absolutely guaranteed. The approach taken is to increase the span between the legs and move the tilting line outward. Since the working of the pump is calculated according to the state of the full-arm fabric, it is not as uncertain as the lifting operation, so it will not be overturned under normal circumstances. However, it is absolutely not allowed to use the pump truck to lift the load. Because the pump design has not calculated the lifting condition, the uncertain factors brought about by the lifting are not taken into consideration. If the pump arm is used to lift the crane, there will be hidden dangers.

(3) Swing limit

There are many hydraulic oil pipes on the pump truck, as well as the cloth pipe joints. It is not allowed to unidirectionally rotate excessively. Usually, a limit switch is used to alarm, and the allowable range is 360 degrees.

(4) Requirements for the work site

: Pumping operations should choose a flat, solid site to support the legs, there must be a certain distance from the slope. Its single leg support is very strong, so it is necessary to prevent landslides. There must be no high-voltage lines or bare wires in the working area to prevent electric shock from the boom.

(5) Safety inspection before pumping operation

1 The transfer case should be transferred to the working state, and the “job” indicator on the pump truck is on.

2 The power-operating switch key should be removed and placed.

3 The car shift lever should be placed in the direct position.

4 legs should be laid according to the regulations, the whole machine should be leveled, the tire should be about 50mm off the ground.

5 chassis diesel engine speed, water temperature, hydraulic pressure, oil pressure and other instrument indications should be normal.

7 The water tank of the cleaning system should be filled with water.

(6) Scientific and rational use of equipment

As mentioned above, the structural characteristics of the pump truck are: lightweight, high stress, severe stress concentration, and pulsating alternating load. These characteristics make the structural parts of the pump truck prone to fatigue cracks. The fatigue crack has a development process and will not cause an accident immediately, but if it is not handled properly, it will leave hidden dangers. In order to ensure the safety of use, extend the service life of the pump truck, and provide users with scientific and rational use of pump equipment, the following reference opinions are proposed:

1 Strengthen inspection, timely maintenance, in order to find early cracks and repair welding.

2 Try to avoid using under high stress, or try to reduce the number of uses under high stress. More specifically, it is necessary to avoid the booming operation between the boom and the longitudinal central axis at an angle of 80° to 90°, and the horizontal arming operation should be avoided as much as possible, because the center of gravity of the boom is moved outward when the arm is horizontally extended, and the torque is greatly increased.

3 Avoid the resonance effect, that is, make the pumping switching frequency as far as possible from the self-vibration frequency of the boom. Do not increase the flow rate of the hydraulic oil by one-sided to increase the pumping speed, because increasing the flow rate will increase the pumping switching frequency and easily cause resonance effects.

4 Control the use of load strength to prevent premature fatigue cracks. The so-called load strength is determined by two main factors: the magnitude of the stress peak and the number of alternating cycles. For each material, its fatigue life is limited. If it is used too much early, it will affect its longevity. A pump truck, working hard to work overtime, will greatly shorten the service life, and if the maintenance is good, the service life will be lengthened.

(7) Safety precautions for staff members

1 Never move the oil pipe joints and concrete pipe joints while pumping the fabric. If you find the problem, stop it first and release the pressure before you can deal with the problem.

2 Handle concrete pipe joints, the head must not be too close. Beware of the residual pressure to spray the concrete out. The oil pipe leaks oil, so don't use your hand to block it. In the past, there have been lessons from high-pressure oil penetrating hands.

3 Do not hold the fabric hose by hand when fabricating. Only a rope can be used if a small amount of displacement is required.

4 Do not stand under the cloth arm, always beware of accidental factors caused by the boom fall.
