(1) Deburring application at the intersection of the hole system An oil passage hole φ3mm intersects with another oil passage hole at 123mm from the surface of the orifice. After CNC drilling, the intersection is observed with an endoscope to form a burr of about 0.5mm. , as shown in Figure 4a. First, the burr was coarsely removed with a scraper, and the secondary burrs formed by the scraper cutting and the remaining micro burrs were observed to be about 0.1 mm, and a large number of scraper scratches were formed at the intersection, as shown in Fig. 4b. The φ4.5mm abrasive base is made of hard-wound cotton-wound cotton yarn, and the W40 white corundum abrasive paste is evenly coated on the substrate with grease to make a grinding tool (see Fig. 5) at a speed of 1 000 r/min. Grind the burr for 10 to 15 s; then use W14 paste to grind in the same way. After processing, the endoscope is observed, and the edge of the intersection of the holes is a circular arc transition, and the surface is smoothed without residual burrs, as shown in Fig. 4c. For the micro burrs formed by the electric discharge machining, the burr can be removed without using a scraper, and the grinding can be directly performed by the above method.
