Filler Black Masterbach is made by single screw extruder, not twin-screws extruder. Its MFI is comparatively low, so normally is not so good for blowing film. Its main applications are as Black Filler Masterbatch for some extrusion and low quality injection, such as lower requirements big diameter pipes, plastic sheets so on.  Some grades can also be used for blowing film, but not so smooth film finishes.  As for filler masterbatch, its content could be as high as 4-15%, to replace the raw material, and reduce the production cost.
