Our factory processes a kind of crank shaft as shown in Figure 1. From the figure, the center distance and parallelism of the two rotating centers of the parts are very high. To this end, we designed the crankshaft eccentric car clamp shown in Figure 2. The machining route of the part is: the left end of the car, the center hole of the drill, the center hole of the right end of the boring drill, and the left center hole are coaxial → grinding d_1 and Shoulder → turn surface at the right end of the car.
