Therefore, from the viewpoint of improving productivity and controlling crystal form, the concentration of sodium metaaluminate is generally set to be 2 mol/L or less. The pH changes with reaction time under different sodium metaaluminate concentrations are shown in Figure 1. Under strong agitation, when the concentration of NaAlO2 is 2mol/L, the flow rate of CO2 is 0.3m3/h, the reaction temperature is controlled at 20°C, and the end point pH is around 10.5, XRD analysis shows that the product is mainly active oxidation.
