Structure of Quick lock System Scaffold:
1. Quicklock system scaffold include standard, ledger, quicklock plate and ledger blade.
2. One standard is welded a quicklock plate every 600mm to join ledgers at different heights.
3. One ledger is welded a ledger blade on both ends.
4. A sleeve base is welded at the bottom to connect standard end to end.
Features of Quick lock System Scaffold:
1.Fast speed of installation, simple structure: Simply insert the ledger blade into quicklock plate. Without the use of extra accessories. Save time and labour, lower your construction cost.
2. High strength and durability: Material of metal Scaffolding tube is Q235 steel. Quicklock plate is pressed from dug iron. Ledger end is made from precision cast iron.
3.Flexibility in use: The thickness of metal scaffolding tube can be 3.2mm, 3.0mm and 2.75mm when different structures need to support.
Different lengths of metal scaffolding standards and ledgers can be joint together according to the size of building.
The welding position of quicklock plate can be changed as per customer's need so that people have easier access to the walls.
The lateral ledgers can work as a ladder for people to climb up and down.
