Kiwifruit fertilization technical guidance

Kiwifruit ranks among the top fruits in terms of its vitamin C content. A kiwifruit can provide more than twice the daily vitamin C requirement of a person, and is known as the “king of vitamin C”. Kiwi also contains good soluble dietary fiber.
Kiwifruit has a wide range of adaptation to temperature and soil, and its drought resistance is poor. It requires high humidity for the soil. It is light and shade resistant and sensitive to direct sunlight. The growth of kiwifruit is very large, especially after entering the fruiting stage, it needs a lot of inorganic nutrient supplement. If the soil lacks these inorganic nutrients and cannot be replenished, its growth and yield will be affected. Kiwifruit has a large amount of absorption of various inorganic nutrients, and after germination, the absorption of various nutrients is different in different stages such as leaf development, flowering and fruit development. During the period from germination to fruit setting in spring, the accumulation of nitrogen, potassium and zinc in the leaves was more than 80% of the whole year, and the demand for potassium was also high.
(1) Fertilization time: Kiwifruit is generally fertilized once a year, and topdressing 2 to 3 times.
Base fertilizer: generally applied before harvesting leaves. The time is from October to December. Mainly organic fertilizer, appropriate combination of phosphorus, potassium fertilizer and quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer or human excrement.
Germination fertilizer: carried out from the end of February to the middle of March before germination. The sprouting fertilizer is mainly based on quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer to promote the growth of new shoots and improve the rate of results.
Strong fruit fertilizer: also called summer fertilizer, carried out from May to July. Apply nitrogen fertilizer and potassium fertilizer, combined with root dressing, spray 1 or 2 times potassium dihydrogen phosphate. This fertilizer is the most important fertilization in a year.
(2) Quantity of fertilization: There is a direct relationship between the amount of fertilization and the age and annual yield. Generally, 56 plants per year are planted with 100 grams of urea, 135 grams of phosphate, and 345 grams of potassium per year. The annual growth of 4 grams of urea per plant is 300 grams per plant, 375 grams of phosphate, and l035 grams of potassium; 8 years of trees per plant. Apply 650 grams of urea, 835 grams of phosphate, 2070 grams of potassium. At the same time, a certain amount of organic fertilizer should be buried every year to ensure sufficient fertilizer source. Kiwifruit avoids chloride. When the chloride ion concentration in the soil reaches 700 mg/kg, it will cause toxicity to the plants. Therefore, the application of chlorine-containing (such as potassium chloride) fertilizer should be avoided as much as possible.
(3) Fertilization method: Generally used are annular groove application, radial groove application, strip application and application.

Saliva Antigen Test

The COVID-19 Antigen Saliva Test kit is a lateral flow immunoassay intended for the preliminary screening and qualitative detection of nucleocapsid protein antigen from severe acuterespiratorysyndrome coronavirus SARS-CoV-2which causesthe Coronavirusdisease(COVID-19),in direct saliva sample from individuals suspected of coVD-19 by their healthcare provider within the first seven days of symptom onset. The COVID-19 Antigen Saliva Test kit is for professional use only and is intended to be used as an aid in the diagnosis of SARS CoV-2 infection.
SARS-CoV-2is anenvelopedsingle-stranded RNAvirus ofthe Baenus COVD-19 is an acute respiratory infectious disease. People are generally susceptible.Currently. the patients infected bytheSARS-CoV2are the main source ofinfection:asvmptomatic infected peope car also be an infectious source Based on thecurrentepidemiologica investigation, the incubation period is 1to 14 daysmostly 3to 7 days The main manifestations include feverfatigue and drycough.Nasa congestion, runny nosesore throatmyalgia and diarhea are found in a few cases.
Results are for the identification of SARS-CoV-2 nuceocapsid protein antigen. The SARS-CoV-2 antigen is generally detectable in upper respiratory specimens during the acute phase ofinfectionPositive results indicate the presence of SARS-CoV-2viralantigenshowever cinicai corelation with patient history and other diaanostic information is key to determine status of infection.Positive results don't preclude bacterialinfection or co-infection with other yiruses.eaatveresuts To patients with symptom onset for more than seven days should be treated as presumptive and confirmation with a molecular assayand patient management may be performed according to local regulations as needed.
