The maintenance unit and user unit will eliminate the failure within 30 minutes; if it has not been resolved for more than 30 minutes, it will be uploaded to the district-level platform; it will not be resolved within 2 hours. , will start the municipal platform.
The total investment of the project is 25.9 million yuan. The equipment will be commissioned in July this year and will be completed by the end of the year.
