New hole machining tool

In the heavy machinery industry, it is often necessary to perform hole machining (screw holes, bottom holes) on the joint planes of components such as cylinders and stands. For such parts, the hole machining process commonly used at home and abroad is to use standard large diameter twists. Drilling pre-drilling, and then reaming the hole to the required size through 3~5 times using reaming drill. Although such reaming drill has integral welding, set or machine clamp assembly structure, the tool material is generally High-speed tool steel is used, so cutting efficiency is low, tool life is short, and workers are sharpened and installed.

To ensure our winch always has best quality and best cost, we manufacture each key component by ourselves, like motor, gear box, rack, etc. Our manufacturing process covers Aluminum die-casting, punching, machining, CNC, and so on. Our quality department follows ISO 9 0 0 1 to control the process quality and the product quality. We provide our customer OEM/ODM service. The new design will be provided to support the new developed customer and protect the existing customer as well.
