The large-area multi-functional high-efficiency antireflection film technology has received extensive attention in recent years. The first-generation porous silica and second-generation double-layer oxide anti-reflection film technology for photovoltaic glass developed by the photovoltaic technology research group of the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences [J. Appl. Phys. 112, 093517 (2012); Sol. Energy 89, 134 (2013); CN201010150748, CN200910098519] has achieved industrial application. The problem that the above system still has to be improved is that since the film has an open pore structure that directly communicates with the air, moisture and other impurities in the air are easily adsorbed, resulting in a decline in optical performance.
Based on previous research, the relevant team aims to improve the optical properties, weather resistance and mechanical properties of the anti-reflection film. Through theoretical calculations and experimental verification, we explored ways to realize the new anti-reflection coating.
Currently, the team is working on the third generation of nanometer wide-spectrum antireflection coatings with closed pores. The single-layer antireflection film has a spectrally weighted average transmittance of 97.34% at 300-1200 nm, which is close to the theoretical limit of 97.72%. This system also has a significant anti-fog effect. Based on this, a more complex multi-layer quasi-graded photovoltaic anti-reflection film was realized by the refractive index control technology (between 1.10 and 1.45), which further improved the broad spectrum anti-reflection effect while achieving better Weather resistance. Some relevant research results were recently published on ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces 6, 1415 (2014) and J. Sol-gel Sci. Technol. DOI: 10.1007/s10971-014-3364-y, and have been authorized Chinese invention patents ( CN20120097416). This progress has laid a solid foundation for further improving the broad spectrum, omnidirectional and long-term antireflection properties of anti-reflection coatings and their application in photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices.
40m Digital Laser Distance Meter
Laser Measure Tool is an advanced measuring tool apply for indoor measurement as well as for outdoor construction sites, which has different measurement modes including single measurement, continuous measurement (with Min/Max function), area/ volume measurement and Pythagoras Measurement. Laser Measurement Tool is a Class II laser product with less than 1mW power output. Measuring range covers from 0.03 to 40m. The Laser Range Finder provides an easier and faster way to meet the needs of precise measurements. Due to its compact design, it can be easily pack in a bag or jacket pocket. And a removable hand strap can ensure its safe handling.
