Notice on implementing the preferential tariff policy for fertilizers
The development and reform commissions and price bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the railway administrations, and the railway professional transportation companies:
** Potassium and magnesium fertilizers are potash fertilizers that have been produced and used on a large scale in China in recent years. They belong to the applicable scope of railroad fertilizers. After research, it was decided that since December 20, 2011, “**potassium magnesium fertilizer†will be included in “Catalogue of Agricultural Chemical Fertilizers with Preferential Railway Freight Ratesâ€, and preferential freight rates for chemical fertilizers will be implemented during railway transportation, and railway construction will be exempted* *.
