The traditional parallel light exposure machine uses a high-pressure mercury lamp as a light source, which has a lifetime of only 1000 hours, consumes high power, and is polluted. Replacing the mercury lamp light source with UVLED has a lifetime up to 50 times that of the mercury lamp, and the power consumption can be reduced by 90%, which substantially reduces the production cost of the company and is environmentally friendly.
Currently, the Chongqing Research Institute has broken through key technologies such as precise distribution of light from multiple free-form surfaces of LEDs and processing of inorganic optical components suitable for ultraviolet wavelengths. For the first time, a parallel light exposure head based on an ultraviolet LED has been developed. The parallel half-angle can be controlled within ±2°. The illumination unevenness is less than 3% and the illumination intensity is as high as 40mW/cm2.
