Recently, the “Chemical Fertilizer Plant Process Condensate and Urea Hydrolyzed Water Recycling Technology†successfully researched by Harbin Institute of Technology passed the appraisal. The technology can effectively recycle and recycle waste water such as process condensate and urea hydrolysis water of the fertilizer plant, turning waste into treasure. The research group of Harbin Institute of Technology took the process condensate, urea hydrolysis water and urea vapor condensate of the chemical fertilizer plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company of China National Petroleum Corporation as the research object, and creatively applied the artificial immobilized biological activated carbon technology for treatment. A new process for treating such wastewater, successfully recycling all treated water to the production system.
It is understood that there are currently dozens of large-scale nitrogen fertilizer plants in China, and these nitrogen fertilizer plants emit tens of millions of tons of such wastewater every year. Taking enterprises with an annual output of 480,000 tons of nitrogen fertilizer as an example, the use of this technology can save 1.3 million tons of water a year, with significant social and economic benefits.
