It has a lot of combustible materials, poor evacuation conditions, a relatively weak sense of fire safety among personnel, and relatively confusing fire safety management. Higher.

In the aspect of building fire protection rating, the guidance requires that the fire resistance rating of small plus workshops should not be lower than Grade 3, and should not be set in underground or semi-underground buildings (rooms). When the small plus workshop is a three-tier fire-resistant building, the number of floors should not exceed two floors and the total floor area should not exceed 1,000. When the building components are metal sandwich panels, the core material's combustion performance rating should be Class A. When the floor area of ​​any floor is greater than 150, or the number of people producing more than 10 people at the same time, the number of safety exits on the first floor shall not be less than 2, and the number of evacuation stairs shall not be less than 2. When the number of existing evacuation stairs is insufficient, Add outdoor stairs. The distance from any point in the room to the nearest safety exit should not exceed 40m. The interior of the building and the evacuation doors leading to the roof should be opened to the evacuation direction.

In terms of fire-fighting facilities, the guidance requires that independent smoke detectors and simple automatic sprinkler systems or fire hose reels should be installed in any small workshop with a floor area of ​​more than 250 or a total floor area of ​​more than 500. Fire extinguishers, fire alarms and evacuation lighting should be provided in the building.

For the control of fire hazards, it is forbidden to store flammable and explosive dangerous goods in the processing and production areas of Xiaojia Workshop. Metal pipes or flame-retardant plastic sleeves shall be worn when the electrical lines are exposed. Don't pull the cable privately. Do not overload electrical equipment. The high temperature parts of the surfaces of lighting fixtures and electric heating equipment should be kept at a safe distance from combustibles. No warehouses or piles of combustible materials shall be built around the external walls of the building and in the fire prevention distance. No cargo should be stacked near the evacuation routes and safety exits inside the building.

In the area of ​​fire safety management, the owner of the Xiaojia Workshop or the person in charge of production should carry out daily fire inspections. In the event of a fire, the indoor personnel should be organized to evacuate in time. Employees should be aware of the location of evacuation routes, safety exits, and fire extinguishing equipment; they should report fires, escape themselves, and use fire fighting equipment. When using dangerous articles such as alcohol and paint in production, the manager should be implemented and strict operating procedures should be followed. The first level security exits and exits leading to closed stairwells, outdoor stairs and roof platforms should not be locked.
