Handheld power tool safe operation process

(1) Class II hand-held power tools shall be used in general places and shall be equipped with a leakage protector with a rated electric shock current of not more than 15 mA and a rated action time of less than 0.1 s. If a Class I handheld power tool is used, it must also be connected to zero. Operators must wear insulated gloves, wear insulated shoes or stand on insulating mats.

(2) When operating in a wet place or metal frame, a type II hand-held power tool must be used, and a splash-proof leakage protector must be installed. Class I handheld power tools are strictly prohibited.

(3) Class III hand-held power tools with isolation transformers should be used in narrow places (boilers, metal containers, trenches, pipes, etc.); if Class II hand-held power tools are used, splash-proof leakage protectors must be installed. Install the isolation transformer or leakage protector outside the narrow space and be under guardianship during operation.

(4) The load line of the hand-held power tool must use a weather-resistant rubber sheathed copper core flexible cable and must not have a joint. Plastic thread is prohibited.

(5) Machines using cutting tools should be sharp-edged, intact, and installed correctly, firmly and reliably.

(6) For the equipment using the grinding wheel, the soft pad between the grinding wheel and the tray should be inspected and installed firmly. The nut should not be too tight. Any wheel that is damp, deformed, cracked, broken, nicked or exposed to oil or alkali should not be allowed. Do not use the wet grinding wheel to dry itself.

(7) Double-insulated or reinforced insulated power tools must be used in wet areas or in electrically conductive locations such as metal frames, pressure vessels, and pipes.

(8) Motors and electrical appliances of non-metallic casings shall not be stressed or damp when stored and used, and shall not be exposed to solvents such as gasoline.

(9) The inspection before operation should meet the following requirements: a. The casing and handle should not be cracked or damaged; b. The cable cord and plug are intact, the switch is working normally, and the protection connection is correct and reliable; c. The cover is complete and the electrical protection device is reliable.

(10) After the machine is started, it should be operated at no load. Check and confirm that the machine linkage is flexible. When working, the afterburner should be stable and should not be used too hard.

(11) Overloading is strictly prohibited. Pay attention to the sound and temperature rise during the operation, and stop the inspection immediately if abnormality is found. When the working time is too long and the temperature rise of the machine exceeds 60 °C, it should be stopped, and then work after natural cooling.

(12) During the operation, the cutting tool, the mold and the grinding wheel should not be touched by hand. If it is found to be blunt or damaged, it should be immediately shut down for repair or replacement, and then continue to work.

(13) When the machine is rotated, it must not be left behind.

When using an impact drill or electric hammer, the following requirements should be met: a. The drill or hammer handle should be mastered during the operation. When drilling, the drill bit should be placed on the work surface, and then the force should be applied to avoid shaking. If the rotation speed drops sharply, Should reduce the force, prevent the motor overload, it is strictly prohibited to press with the wooden bar; b. When drilling, should pay attention to avoid the steel in the concrete; c. The electric drill and the electric hammer are 40% intermittent work system, and should not be used continuously for a long time; d. When the working aperture is above 25mm, there should be a stable working platform, and a guardrail should be installed around it.

(14) When using the ceramic cutting machine, the following requirements should be met: a. During the operation, impurities and dust should be prevented from entering the motor, and the temperature of the casing should be observed at any time. When the temperature of the casing is too high and a carbon brush spark is generated, Should immediately stop the inspection and treatment; b. The force should be even and appropriate during the cutting process, and the blade should not be used too hard. When the blade is stuck, stop immediately and slowly withdraw the blade. It should be re-cut after realigning.

(15) When using the angle grinder, the following requirements shall be met: a. The grinding wheel shall be of the reinforcing fiber resin type, and the safety line speed shall not be less than 80 m/s. The cable and plug to be used shall have reinforced insulation properties and shall not be arbitrarily Replace; b. Grinding work should keep the grinding wheel and the workpiece surface at an inclined position of 15 to 30; during the cutting operation, the grinding wheel must not be inclined and must not swing laterally.

(16) When using electric shears, the following requirements should be met: a. Before the operation, the gap of the cutter head should be adjusted according to the thickness of the steel plate; b. Excessive force should not be used during the operation. When the number of reciprocations of the cutter shaft drops sharply, the thrust should be reduced immediately. .

(17) When using a nail gun, the following requirements should be met: a. It is strictly prohibited to push the nail tube with the palm of the hand and aim the gun at the person; b. When firing, the nail gun should be pressed vertically on the work surface, when two When the trigger is triggered, if the bullet is not fired, the original shooting position should be kept for a few seconds, and then the projectile should be withdrawn; c. The nail must not be loaded in the gun before replacing the part or disconnecting the nail gun.

(18) When using the rivet gun, the following requirements shall be met: a. The rivet hole on the riveted object shall be slidably fitted with the rivet, and the interference shall not be too large; b. When riveting, when the rivet shaft is not broken, Repeat the trigger until it is broken. Do not forcibly twist or break; c. If the rivet or cap is loose during operation, tighten it immediately.
