Although he later founded the plush toy factory, he left his own profession and he was unwilling.

A business trip to Suzhou, he saw in the bus Dongwu silk factory heart. "This large textile company will certainly need textile machinery parts." So he found the company responsible person four times, and at the moment the company is worrying about importing water jet loom accessories. “The domestic is actively introducing foreign shuttleless looms to promote the development of China’s textile industry. However, one part is broken. Textile mills have to go through tedious customs clearance procedures and it takes at least three months before they can purchase maintenance parts from abroad. The price is not cheap, textile companies are miserable.” Liu Qunxin also learned that these domestic equipment companies do not want to do large-scale domestic companies, and small factories can't do it. This gave him a big inspiration for the market gap. "I studied mechanical design. I can design drawings and let me try it." The other person doubted the letter, but he was finally moved by his sincerity.

The same is true for small parts. With this belief, Liu Qunxin borrowed money to buy equipment, find someone to help workers, without electricity to generate electricity on their own, without a plant to dry up in their own homes. In this way, his rural family workshop factory started operations. Heaven rewards diligence. With his own professional knowledge and the quality of imported parts as the standard, Liu Qunxin has been welcomed by textile mills and has filled the blanks of spare parts for shuttleless looms abroad.

An innovative "Niu Jin", a technical breakthrough

“Now we are the leading product of loom opening devices. All products are high-tech products that transform high-tech industries into traditional industries.” However, there is no innovation and a great success. Talking about the research and development of the positive cam opening device of the water jet loom, Liu Qunxin still filled with emotion.

Once, he found a peach tray part on the floor of a company's workshop. With many years of experience in parts development and design, he never missed any questions and asked the workshop director for help. However, the other party knew only one of them. What function does this part have? With this question, Liu Qunxin came to Suzhou Zhenya Group and found an old expert. He told Liu Qunxin that this was a cam loom with an air-jet loom with a negative cam opening, but the water jet loom used this opening mechanism was still blank. Once this device is used, textile machinery can produce fabric twills and scallops. Changing the direct opening in the past can only do simple fabric plain weave. Thus, with the help of this old expert of Zhenya Group, the company began to tackle the application of negative cam openings on water jet looms.

A batch of samples to lobby and try to rewrite domestic textile history

“The opening device is difficult to manufacture, and there are only six such devices in China, and very few people are accepted.” Liu Xiaoxin, Technical Director, told reporters. At this time, the company also has a lot of discussions internally, some people are shaken, and they consume too much energy and material resources. The final result is still unknown. In spite of this, the Niu card people always believe that if they are successful, they will never succeed.

There is no experience for reference, no mature parts are borrowed, and there is no advanced equipment. The cattle brand people move forward step by step. “All parts are designed and produced on their own. Because the company’s lathes, milling machines, and planers are all old, and the accuracy and reliability are far from each other, we decided to commission production.” Only one clamping screw often breaks, and they are imported from Taiwan. , and commissioned a Guizhou arsenal, can not be used. Later, the company commissioned local companies to do, still can not meet the requirements, and ultimately in accordance with their own design standards to make this screw. After two years of research and development, the prototype was improved again and again. The first batch of five prototypes formally went to the market, but there was no market demand. The company went from house to house and lobbyed and finally a textile company in Xiangyang promised to try it out. After half an enterprise trial, it was found that after the transformation of the plain weaving loom, it was indeed possible to save two-thirds of the cost. The news spread and many companies snapped up.

Independent innovation fills the gap in the domestic market, it also changes the face of the weaving industry, and promotes the technological progress of the entire textile industry in China. Today, the Niu card is advancing with courage.
