Headstock gear shaft hole drilling fixture

The headstock produced and processed by our factory is shown in Figure 1. The gear shaft step holes Φ22_0~(+0.033)mm and Φ10_0~(+0.015)mm need to be machined. The two holes have higher position and dimensional accuracy requirements. Feed the knife from one end according to the conventional process, and divide the 镗 (or hinge) to the size. Or use a flip mold to process. However, for the case parts similar to those shown in Fig. 1, the former method has a high manufacturing cost and low work efficiency. In the latter method, because the part body is too bulky, the operator is labor intensive, affecting efficiency, and can not meet the needs of production. For this reason, we designed and manufactured the special drill string shown in Figure 2.
