[Abstract] In the production process, the stress of the part is accompanied by various processing and exists in the internal structure of the workpiece. In some special cases, some prestressing is beneficial, but in most cases, the stress inside the workpiece is detrimental. The existence of the internal stress of the workpiece makes the workpiece deformed. In severe cases, the fatigue life of the workpiece is reduced, resulting in an accident. However, the application of the vibration aging technology solves the stress problem inside the workpiece, so that the internal stress relief of the workpiece is not deformed permanently. .

1 Introduction
In the shaft type cylindrical parts produced by our factory, a semi-circular groove is opened on the shaft, and the workpiece after the groove is 100% deformed after inspection, and there is no qualified product according to the drawings. This is caused by the rebalance of the internal stress of the workpiece after machining, and the cylindrical parts of the shaft can not be corrected, so this piece is a difficult problem in the production of our factory. There are two ways to process this part according to the process. 1. Slot first, and machine the outer and inner holes. This processing can eliminate the deformation problem of the workpiece, but since the groove has reached the center line, the inner hole processing is very difficult, and it is difficult to ensure the drawing requirements. 2. The inner hole and the outer circle are machined and then slotted. In this way, the inner hole and the outer circle can ensure the drawing requirements, but the deformation of the rear grooved workpiece cannot be solved. Combined with the actual situation of our factory production, we adopted the latter method.
2. Develop a processing plan
It is preferred that we solve the problem of the internal stress of the workpiece after machining. If there is no stress inside the workpiece, the workpiece will not be deformed, so the internal stress after machining the workpiece must be eliminated. If thermal aging is used, the workpiece has been machined, the surface of the workpiece cannot be oxidized, and the hot aging workpiece is deformed, so we use vibration aging. First, the vibration has no oxidized surface, and the stress is also completely eliminated. Second, the vibration aging of the workpiece after finishing is not deformed. So we use advanced vibration aging methods. On the workpiece, we also take some necessary measures to first open the semi-circular groove on the workpiece, leaving a rib that is not added at the center of the circle, just like roughing first, and then performing vibration aging.
3, vibration aging
Vibration aging equipment We use the "vibration stress relief expert system" produced by Beijing Xiangbo Technology Co., Ltd. This equipment intelligently selects the vibration parameters in each workpiece processing, and the system automatically optimizes the selection of more than 5 vibration frequencies. Eliminate residual stress; and the equipment is very low noise, it is a green product that can completely eliminate the residual stress of the workpiece. We press all the workpieces rigidly on the platform and can vibrate multiple pieces at a time.
