One. Indexable tool blade model preparation standard
1. Indexable turning tool model representation rules
GB/T5343.1, which is equivalent to ISO5680-1989. It is suitable for the model of modular heads for indexable external turning tools, face turning tools, anti-shaped turning tools and assembled composite tools. The model number is also composed of a set of alphabetic and numeric codes arranged in a prescribed order.
2. Indexable bore milling cutter model representation rules
It is based on ISO7406-1986. It is suitable for the preparation of indexable face milling cutters, three-sided edge (groove) milling cutters, sleeve end mills and cylindrical milling cutters. Its model consists of 11 positions (the face milling cutter has only 10 positions and there is no 11th position). The first 1 to 4 positions indicate the characteristics of the body. The number after the break indicates the blade mounting method and blade characteristics.
3. Indexable shank milling cutter model representation rules
It is based on the international standard ISO7848-1986. Its model is also composed of 11 positions. Among them, five digits indicate the characteristics of the cutter body, two digits indicate the characteristics of the handle, and the other four digits indicate the attachment method of the blade and the length of the cutting edge.
4. Indexable insert model representation rules
GB2076-87, equivalent to ISO1832-85, the models of cutting indexable inserts (including turning inserts and milling inserts) produced by cemented carbide plants at home and abroad meet this standard. It consists of ten letters in a certain order, given the letter and number codes of a given meaning. The 8th and 9th positions indicate the cross-sectional shape of the cutting edge and the cutting direction of the blade, respectively, and are marked only when needed.
two. Indexable insert standard
1. GB2079-87 (instead of GB2079-80) non-porous carbide indexable inserts: This standard adopts the international standard ISO0883-1995. The standard specifies the series sizes of 12 types of blades: TNUN, TNGN, TPUN, TPGN, SNUN, SNGN, SPUN, SPGN, TPUR, TPMR, SPUR, and SPMR.
2. GB2077-87 (instead of GB2077-80) Carbide indexable insert fillet radius: This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO3286-1976. The standard specifies that the size series of the corner radius rε of the tool tip is 0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6, 2.0, 2.4, 3.2 mm.
3. GB2078-78 (instead of GB2078-80) Carbide indexable insert with round hole: This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO3364-1985. The standards specify TNUM, TNMM, TNUG, TNMG, TNUA, TNMA, ENUM, FNMM, WNUM, SNUM, SNMM, SNUG, SNMG, SNUA, SNMA, CNUM, CNMM, CNUG, CNMG, CNUA, CNMA, DNUM, DNMM, DNUG, DNMG, DNUA, DNMA, VNUM, VNMM, VNUG, VNMG, VNUA, VNMA, RNUM, RNMM A total of 36 types of round hole carbide inserts.
4. GB2081-87 (instead of GB2081-80) Carbide indexable milling insert: This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO3365-1985. This standard specifies 13 series of indexable milling inserts of SNAN, SNCN, SNKN, SPAN, SPCN, SPKN, SECN, TPAN, TPCN, TPKN, TECN, FPCN and LPEX.
5. GB2080-87 (instead of GB2080-80) countersunk carbide indexable insert: This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO6987/1-1993. The standard specifies the size of 12 types of countersunk carbide indexable inserts of TCMW, TCMT, WCMW, WCMT, SCMW, SCMT, CCMW, CCMT, DCMW, DCMT, RCMW and RCMT.
three. Indexable milling cutter standard:
1. National standard GB5340-85 for indexable end mills: it is based on the international standards ISO6262/1-1982 and ISO6263/2-1982. There are two parts: flattened straight shank end mill and Morse taper shank end mill.
2. National standard GB5341-85 for indexable three-face milling cutter: it is based on the international standard ISO6986-1983.
3. National standard GB5342-85 for indexable face milling cutter: it is formulated with reference to the international standard ISO6462-1983.
4. Indexable spiral end mill: The standard specifies an end mill with a diameter of 32 to 100 mm straight shank or taper shank. Due to its long blade section, it is suitable for rough milling by a plurality of pieces of carbide indexable inserts arranged in a spiral direction.
