The company's original product "R1514x series" consumes 9μA of current, compared to a reduction of approximately 76% in the current consumption of the new product. It also improves the input transient response and load transient response characteristics. Compared with the R1514x series, the input transient response of the new product is improved by approximately 5 times, and the load transient response characteristic is increased by approximately 2.5 times.

The R1524x series has four grades of products with different quality levels, which are "K", "A", "Y", and "Consumer."

"K-class" products are used for ordinary vehicle equipment, operating temperature range is -40 ~ +125 °C, characteristics (parameters) to ensure that the temperature range is -40 ~ +125 °C, has been implemented low temperature and high temperature screening. "Class A" is for automotive parts, etc. The operating temperature range is -40 to +125°C, and the characteristic guaranteed temperature is +25°C. Only high-temperature screening is performed.

"Y grade" products can be used in industrial electronic equipment and other equipment used in high temperature environments, operating temperature range of -40 ~ +105 °C. "Consumer level" is used in consumer electronic devices, and the operating temperature range is -40 to +105°C. The operating temperature ranges of "Y" and "consumer" are the same, but the former passes a more stringent reliability test such as high temperature screening, and the characteristic guaranteed temperature of both is +25°C.

The basic characteristics of the regulator, all four levels of products are the same. The output voltage is fixed, there are a variety of products such as +3.3V, +3.4V, +5.0V, +6.0V, +8.0V, +8.5V, +9.0V. The error in the output voltage is ±0.6% at 25°C, and is within the entire operating temperature range (K and A levels are -40 to +125°C, and Y and consumption levels are -40 to +105°C). 1.6%. The input capacitor and output capacitor support multilayer ceramic capacitors. Grade K and Grade A products meet the automotive semiconductor chip quality standard "AEC-Q100 Grade 1".
