1. The hot water pipeline is up to ten meters long, and a lot of water is wasted every time. Based on a typical Φ12 mm water pipe, the water storage per 1 m length is 0.113 kg. If the solar hot water pipe has an average length of 15 meters, about 1.7 kg of water is wasted per use. If you use it 6 times a day, you will waste 10.2 kg of water every day; 360 kg of water will be wasted every month; 4320 kg of water will be wasted every year; 43200 kg of water will be wasted for 10 years! Save some electricity at the cost of wasting water, I am afraid that the government or the people Knowing these will not be recognized. 2. It takes a whole day of sunshine to heat the water. When the weather is good, it can only guarantee hot water at night. There is very little hot water available during the day and night. The user cannot guarantee 24-hour hot water supply and the comfort is poor.

3, solar water heater lighting panels must be installed on the roof, both bulky and heavy, but also affect the architectural beauty (the more high-end residential areas are more obvious), but also easy to damage the roof waterproof layer.

4, optoelectronic complementarity, in fact, can not be properly implemented. At present, 90% of solar water heaters in the market have insurmountable chronic diseases: winter water temperature is not enough, or only a small amount of hot water can be produced; these products can only be used when there is sufficient sunshine in summer and autumn, and cannot be used when winter sunshine is weak, or The amount of hot water produced is too small to be used, and customers often complain; in fact, real solar water heaters must be used all year round. The time when the amount of hot water used is relatively large is concentrated in the winter, and the heat collecting effect in winter cannot meet the requirements for use. Basically, due to the limitation of climatic conditions, it is impossible to get rid of the limitations of ordinary solar water heaters. There is still plenty of hot water. Many solar energy dealers now need to increase the number of electric auxiliary or oil boilers to compensate for the lack of hot water production, but this creates a double investment and increases the economic burden on customers. When consumers actually use it, they will waste a lot of power and further reduce the comfort of use. In order to have hot water in the absence of sunshine, solar water heaters now basically use the so-called "opto-complementary" technology, which is to add an electric heater to the solar water heater. In theory, as long as the hot water is insufficient, the electric heating tube can be "heated". This sounds beautiful. In fact, due to the complexity of the hot water mode used by consumers, the sunshine situation is not fixed 365 days a year. Therefore, there is no way to properly solve the "when to start electric heating is the most appropriate." Temperature control and time control are not practical (because the temperature of the tap water just injected in the sunshine is also lower than the set temperature. If the temperature control is used alone, it will be energized when no electric heating is required). This "electric heating control" problem that seems simple at first sight does not have any perfect solution for solar manufacturers - 100% solar manufacturers are included.
