Electromagnetic Flowmeter no flow signal
Analysis of the cause of the failure of the flowmeter without flow signal output:
(1) The power supply fails and the power supply fails. First confirm that you have connected the power supply, and then check the power supply. Check the main power supply and the excitation current insurance. If the connection meets the specified current value, the new fuse is re-energized and blown, and the fault location must be found. Check whether the voltage of each output of the power circuit board is normal or replace the entire power circuit board.
(2) System cable (excitation circuit, signal circuit) system failure. Check whether the cable connecting the excitation system and the signal system is connected and the connection is correct.
(3) Failure in terms of liquid flow conditions. The pipeline is not filled with liquid, mainly because the pipe network engineering design or sensor installation position is not proper, so that the sensor measurement tube can not be filled with liquid.
(4) Damage to the sensor components or contamination of the inner wall of the measuring tube, covering the entire electrode. It should be cleaned regularly.
(5) Failure of converter component damage. It is usually trouble-shooting with circuit board accessories and alternative methods.
