1 Introduction
The spinning process is the last step of yarn forming. The roving is further drawn 30 to 50 times and twisted, and spun into a spun yarn having a certain number and conforming to relevant quality standards for use in twisting, weaving or knitting. The spinning frame has low speed operation, high speed operation, blowing and suction, and doffing. The doffing is divided into automatic doffing and midway doffing (pause work), and automatic doffing is divided into long doffing and regular doffing. The automatic doffing method, the doffing time and the length can be set and can be maintained after power down. The production scale of the textile mill is expressed by the total number of spindles of the spinning frame; the yarn yield is the basis for determining the number of each process; the quality level of the yarn, the consumption of raw materials and other indicators, labor productivity, etc. are the embodiment of the technical and management level. Therefore, the spinning process plays an important role in the textile mill. Due to the low precision, poor safety and high failure rate of traditional electrical control equipment, it has gradually been replaced by modern automatic control equipment. Nowadays, the automation control of spinning frame equipment is getting higher and higher. It will be applied to different kinds of industrial automation products according to different equipments, such as: man-machine interface, PLC, frequency converter, servo system, encoder, temperature control instrument, etc. . Customers can often choose the appropriate equipment to build the control system according to the different control objects.

2 control system
2.1 System structure block diagram

This control system adopts Delta DVP32ES00R2 as the controller, and uses Delta's DOP-B05S100 man-machine interface to monitor the system I/0 and spinning process data, and uses Delta VFD-BP series spinning machine to control the main inverter. Drive motor.
