The exhaust gas temperature must be higher than the dew point of the flue gas to avoid condensation of water vapor in the flue gas. Therefore, ordinary gas water heaters cannot utilize the latent heat of water vapor.
Conversely, a condensing gas amplifier expects the water vapor in the flue gas to condense as much as possible to get more condensation heat. The lower the exhaust gas temperature, the more the condensation of the flue gas, the greater the latent heat and sensible heat absorbed by the heated water, and the better the energy saving effect.
The reason why the condensing gas water heater can save gas and energy is completely because the ordinary type water heater is used as the heat lost by the exhaust gas, and the heat loss of the exhaust gas is turned into useful heat.
