Electroless NiWB Plating on Diamond Surface and Its Thermal Damage Characteristics at High Temperature

Abstract After the NiWB alloy was coated on the surface of diamond, the thermal damage characteristics of electroless NiWB diamond and unplated diamond were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the electroless NiWB diamond was mainly damaged by surface damage at high temperature. Damage is supplemented; unplated diamond is mainly caused by body damage at high temperature, and surface damage is supplemented.
