GB/T 35480-2017 full name GB/T35480-2017 fastener bolts, screws and studs pre-coated microcapsule type adhesive layer technical conditions, officially implemented on July 1, 2018.
This standard specifies the terms, pre-coating dimensions, performance requirements and test methods for pre-coated microcapsule-type adhesive layers on bolts, screws and studs. It is suitable for thread conforming to GB/T 193, thread size M3 to M39, coarse teeth. Thread and thread nominal diameter d=8 mm～39mm, fine thread, external threaded fastener made of carbon steel or alloy steel according to GB/T 3098.1, and made of stainless steel according to GB/T 3098.6 Threaded fasteners. Cross recessed screws below 8.8, hexagonal flower-shaped pan head screws, and screws that reduce load carrying capacity can be used as reference.
Pre-coating
The standard pre-coating position and length of the externally threaded fasteners shall be as specified in Figure 1. The size a shall not be pre-coated.

2. Performance requirements
The performance of the microcapsule adhesive layer generally requires a normal temperature type between -50 ° C and 100 ° C, and a normal temperature type of use temperature of 150 ° C. The appearance of the externally threaded fastener layer requires uniform and uniform film thickness, and the surface allows a small amount of pores that do not affect the function.
3. Torque
At room temperature (23 ° C ± 5 ° C, relative humidity not greater than 65%), high temperature (100 ° C and 150 ° C), the external torque fastener connection torque value required by the pre-tightening force is as specified in Table 1, no pre-tightening The force required to connect the torque is as specified in Table 2.
4. Storage requirements
The standard stipulates that the following storage standards are required: externally threaded fasteners with adhesive layer should be sealed to prevent moisture. After opening the package, the externally threaded fasteners should be used within 24 hours; in normal storage, the performance should be guaranteed for at least 4 years. No change; the color change of the adhesive layer should not affect the performance of the externally threaded fastener with adhesive layer.
