A diamond coating series "DC-BSS" developed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Materials Co., Ltd., which is developed and manufactured by Mitsubishi Materials Co., Ltd., has been on sale recently. 
The main features of the diamond coating series "DC-BSS" for "hard and brittle material processing drills" are as follows:
1. It adopts the shape of high rigidity drill bit which is most suitable for the processing of hard and brittle materials.
2. The company's own plasma chemical vapor deposition (CVD) diamond coating is applied to the cemented carbide substrate with high adhesion and excellent wear resistance.
