2. The gas pressure regulating box is usually installed on a cement platform of 300-500mm height and fixed by anchor bolts. After the device, the pressure regulating box door should be able to switch freely.
3. The interval between the pressure regulating box and the building shall be determined in accordance with the relevant regulations and planning drawings of the equipment planning specification of the pressure regulating box.
4. The surface of the pressure regulating box should be marked with a significant fire protection symbol. It is necessary to keep the pressure regulating box away from the fire source device and to equip the fire extinguisher.
5. It is necessary to install the inlet and outlet pipes according to the direction of the air flow indicated by the arrow in the pressure regulating box. The diameter of the pipe should be not less than the diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes in the pressure regulating box.
6. It is necessary to conduct a gas tightness test to ensure the tightness of the interface connecting the inlet and outlet pipes. The unevenness of the pressure test can be carried out according to the relevant regulations of the local gas section.
7. When testing external pipes, do not remove the blind plates at both ends of the regulator to prevent damage to the regulator.
8. The height and top of the discharge pipe can be corrected in accordance with the relevant provisions of the local gas section.
