Using ladders for rescue

In rescue equipment, metal ladders are a useful tool. Metal ladders can be used as bridges. When using the ladder as a bridge, make sure that the two ends of the ladder are stable (at least three ladders are required at both ends). After the ladder is placed, put some more planks on it for easy walking (note that the metal ladder will conduct electricity, so choose the location to ensure safety when placing the ladder).
When the ladder is erected, a person is to be helped to prevent the ladder from sliding. Another way is to tie the lower part of the ladder to a solid object.

Unless you have something in your hand, be sure to step on the ladder of the ladder instead of the sides of the ladder and stand in the middle of the ladder and look upwards instead of looking down.

When you need to stand still on a ladder, you can use one leg to cross the ladder and use your knees to hold the ladder to keep your body stable.

The distance from the bottom of the ladder to the wall is approximately a quarter of the actual height. In order to improve safety, high-altitude (such as roof) operations should be carried out.
